The
beginnings of our breeding program followed many years of research and
preparation. We've studied many theories and principles of yesterday, today and proposed
tomorrows. In-depth looks into pedigrees and dogs contained therein - and how it
all works together to successfully produce "the best of the
breed".
Basic
philosophy isn't enough at Giesler Retrievers. We look at the whole dog -
inside and out. Our goal is to breed the examine all aspects of the dogs and
their pedigrees in an attempt to produce only the best "start" any
retriever might be offered. We find you get the most retriever when you begin
with the best potential in the pedigree.
This
process starts with consideration of the pups and dogs that build our program
- from the field to the hearth or kennel. Giesler Retrievers are first in
the field where they are allowed to learn and hone their innate abilities into
working talents. When a healthy, sound dog is proven in the blind and beyond -
we invite them to become a part of our breeding program.
Giesler
retrievers meet and exceed the "standards" - all the way around.
In
the Summer of 2006, a breeding is planned for our HRCH Travelin Tessie Chavez
and NFC AFC Five Star
General Patton. We anticipate
nothing shy of "greatness" for these puppies. Learn
more about Tess. and visit Patton
on the web.
